The project is promoted by the IFC - International Finance Corporation and financed by The World Bank Group, with the aim of supporting the Government of Saint Lucia in improving the efficiency, sustainability and resilience of the 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆’𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀.

Idrostudi has been selected as 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁, contributing its expertise in water infrastructure, hydraulic modelling, risk assessment, climate resilience and long-term service planning.

Our scope will include interviews and field visits, water supply and sanitation system assessments, 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, climate risk assessment, 𝘀𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, forecasts of service provision, and 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 through the preparation of technical and engineering annexes.
